The Bank Excitement
BALTIMORE, Dec. 20.-The run on the Saving's Bank of Baltimore has entirely ceased, and those who drew out their money are now replacing it. Prompt payment restored confidence.
Bank runs are almost always and everywhere a deterioration of bank fundamentals.
