TWO SUBURBAN BANKS TO MAKE DEPOSIT REFUND State Auditor Edward J. Barrett yesterday authorized a payment of 10 per cent to depositors of the Bank of Harvey, while Circuit Judge Ralph J. Dady in Waukegan ordered Receiver S. Parker Johnstone to pay 30 per cent to depositors of the North Shore Trust and Savings bank in Highland Park. The Harvey payment, which was forecast in THE TRIBUNE analysis of closed bank reports Friday, amounts to $63,659. It brings total repayments to 40 per cent, and checks will be given out beginning tomorrow. Funds were obtained in ordinary liquidation, according to Receiver William L. O'Connell. The North Shore bank payment amounts to $131,415 and lifts the total return to depositors to 55 per cent.
