EQUITABLE RECEIVERS DISCHARGED. A motion for the discharge of Charles N. Fowler and James M. Gifford, as receivers of the Equitable Mortgage Company, appointed in 1893 in the action of the New-York Security and Trust Company, against the mortgage company, was granted by Judge Lacombe, in the United States Circuit Court, yesterday. The claims filed with the receivers amount to $15,404,391.
