In the Matter of the Receivership of The Farmers State Bank, of McDonald, Kansas. Notice of Public Sale of Assets to be Held, July 1st, 1933, at Two o'clock P. M. Notice is hereby given that the undersigned, Charles W. Johnson, Receiver of the above named Bank, a ting under authority and by the order and direction of the Bank Commissioner of the State of Kansas, and of the Distr ct Court of Rawln County, Kansas, will on Satu day. July 1st, 1933, at two o'clock P.M., at the east front door of the Peo les State Bank, in the City of McDonald, Rawlins county, Kansas, offer for sale at public auction, to the highest and best bidder, for cash in hand, the fo lowing described assets, property, notes, real estate claims, fixtures and obligations belonging to and due said bank, to-wit: Loans and Discounts Overdrafts Said sale to be conducted in the following manner: The Lotes, claims, obligations, judgments, property, stocks. secu ities and real estate, if any, which are described in the above and foregoing ts of assets of said bank, to be sold, will be offered for sale separately, and then will be offered for sale as a whole and if the amount tid in the aggregate for all said property when offered separately exceeds the amount bid for the same as a whole, then said property will be sold separately and otherwise will be sold as whole. Said sale or sales in either event will be subject to the approval of the Bank Commissioner of the State of Kansas, and the District Court of Rawlins County, Kansas, and the undersis ned receiver reserves the right to reject any and all bids made. Any sale or sales made will convey all the right, tit'e and interest of said Bank and Receiver in and to the property sold, but will be without warranty of the title and will be without recourse of any kind or character upon or against the said Bank Commissioner, the Receiver or assistant Receiver of said Bank. the estate of said Bank or the administration thereof: The information herein contained is taken from the books and records of the Bank and is believed to be but is not guaranteed to be accurate. Johnson, Receiver of the the acting Distr ct Court authority of and by the order and direction of the Bank Commissioner of the above named Bank, front door of the Peoples Rawlins State County, Kansas, will on Tuesday, 5, 1933, at One o'c'ock State of P.
