CLERK'S SALE STATE OF SOUTH CAROLINA. COUNTY OF PICKENS. IN COURT OF COMMON PLEAS. Easley Loan and Trust Co., a corporation, et al, Plaintiffs. against Silas Hunt, et al, Defendants. In pursuance of a Decretal Order made in the above stated case by his Honor T. J. Mauldin, Judge of 13th circuit, on June 7th, 1922, I will sell to the highest bidder, on the terms hereafter named, SALESDAY IN OCTOB the same being October 2, ing the legal hours for sale ons Court House, S. C. All that piece, parcel or land situate, lying and bein county and State aforesaid, ... vasley township, adjoining lands of Monroe Ellison, James Smith, R. E. Lathem and others, and containing Forty-eight and one-half (48 1_2) acres, more or less: the crops are to be excepted and the rents to be paid to J. H, Earle, receiver, duly appointed by the court in the above stated case. Terms of the Sale: One-third (1-3) cash on the day of sale, with leave to the purchaser to pay all cash, and the balance in two equal annual payments, the credit portion to be secured by the bond of the purchaser and mortgage of the premises sold, and the credit portion to bear interest from day of sale, until paid in full, at the rate of eight per cent per annum. If purchaser fails to comply with the terms of sale in a reasonable time the same will be resold the same day at the risk and expense of the former purchaser. O. S. Stewart. Clerk of Court.
