THIRD DISTRICT COURT. Disposition of Cases Before Judge Zane This Morning. The following cases came up before Judge Zane in the Third District Court this morning: John Bastian et al. vs. John A. Groesbeck; continued for the term. William Naylor et al. vs. Thomas Pierpont et al. ; judgment by default against William B. Pace, and judgment by agreement against Pace and Pierpont for note and interest, less payments, and $25 attorney's fees. Hogle vs. Anderson; set for the 22d inst. United States vs. O.J. Salisbury et al. ; ten days additional time to file amended complaint. W. H. H. Bowers vs. the London Bank of Utah; receiver's report approved. Oswald Muller vs. Frank James et al. ; motion to discharge attachment argued and taken under advisement.
