Notice is hereby given that Edw. P. Carsten, Receiver of the First National Bank of Oak Harbor, Ohio, has filed his application in the above entitled matter for authority to settle Assets No.'s 43-327-427 and for modification of order heretofore made for settlement of Asset No. 189. Said assets are now in the hands of said Receiver and any interested party may have access to the same by calling on the Receiver at his office in Oak Harbor, Ohio. Said application will be heard by the court on Monday, July 29, 1935, at 10:00 o'clock a. m., or as soon thereafter as the same may be heard.
