STRECKENBACH, JANE DOE STRECKENBACH, wife of Hugo W. Streckenbach, THE UNKNOWN HEIRS OF HUGO W. STRECKENBACH, Deceased, and the UNKNOWN HEIRS OF JANE DOE STRECKENBACH, deceased wife of Hugo W. Streckenbach, Defendants. NOTICE OF SALE OF REAL ESTATE UNDER SPECIAL EXECUTION WHEREAS, under and by virtue of a special execution attested the 20th day of May, 1938, and issued out of the Superior Court of the State of Arizona, in and for the County of Santa Cruz, in an action wherein Lloyd Thomas, as Superintendent of Banks of the State of Arizona and Receiver of Nogales Building and Loan Association, an insolvent building and loan association, is plaintiff, and James R. Hannan and Florence Hannan, as Administrators of the Estate of Patrick Hannan, deceased, James R. Hannan and Florence Hannan, Santa Cruz Valley Bank and Trust Company, a corporation, W. J. Donald, as Receiver of the Nogales National Bank, a national banking association, J. A. Harrison, Hulda Streckenbach, John Doe Streckenbach, husband of Hulda Streckenbach, the Unknown Heirs of Hulda Streckenbach, Deceased, the Unknown Heirs of John Doe Streckenbach, deceased husband of Hulda Streckenbach, Hugo W. Streckenbach, Jane Doe Streckenbach, wife of Hugo W. Streckenbach, the Unknown heirs of Hugo W. Streckenbach, deceased, and the Unknown Heirs of Jane Doe Streckenbach, deceased wife of Hugo W. Streckenbach, defendants, upon a judgment rendered on the 16th day of May, 1938, in favor of said plaintiff and against said defendants, and foreclosing plaintiff's mortgage lien upon the real estate hereinafter described in satisfaction of said mortgage and said judgment for the sum of One Thousand Five Hundred ($1500.00) Dollars, with interest thereon from May 16, 1938, at the rate of ten (10%) per cent. per annum. I AM COMMANDED to sell the land and real estate hereinafter described as under execution in satisfaction of said judgment and of said plaintiff's mortgage lien on said real estate an the same existed on the 30th day of April, 1925, or at any time afterwards, said real estate being situated in the City of Nogales, Santa Cruz County, State of Arizona, and described as follows, to-wit: All that certain lot, piece or parcel of land having a frontage on the eastern side of Morley Avenue of 51.29 feet, more or less, and extending back easterly and measuring on its northern boundary 209.68 feet; on its eastern boundary 49.22 feet, and on its southern boundary measuring 206.37 feet and being Lot number Twenty (20) in Block Sixteen (16), as delineated on the map of the Town (now City) of Nogales, Arizona, and being the identical land and real estate described in deed from W. F. Overton, Mayor, to Hugo W. and Hulda Streckenbach and recorded in Book 1 at page 409 of Deeds in the office of the County Recorder of Haid Santa Cruz County; together with the improvements thereon. NOW, THEREFORE, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that at the hour of ten o'clock in the forenoon of Saturday, the 18th day of June, 1938, at the front door of the Court House in the City of Nogales, Santa Cruz, State of Arizona, I will sell the above described property, or so much thereof as may be necessary to satisfy said judgment, interest and accruing costs, at public auction to the highest bidder or bidders for cash. 1938.
