SUGAR WORKS RECEIVER. Ft. Scott Still Has Trouble Over Old Property. Fort Scott, June 21.-Judge L. Stillwell of the Allen and Neosho county district first heard the injunction suit brought by the Bank of Fort Scott to restrain the county commissioners from paying to the sugar company some $280 allowed to the company as indemnity for a roadway through the sugar works farm. The court after hearing the petition and affidavits in the case granted a temporary injunction. The application by the bank for the appointment of a receiver was next considered at some length, and they finally suggested a plan which was agreed to. It
