BANK DIVIDENDS WILL BE FINAL Depositors At Fletcher And West Asheville To Be Paid Final dividends to depositors in the defunct Bank of West Asheville and the Bank of Fletcher will be paid before January 1, A. M. Burns, liquidating agent, announced yesterday. About $20,000 or almost 6 per cent will be paid depositors in the Bank of West Asheville, making 11 per cent in all that these depositors will have realized. The dividend to depositors in the Bank of Fletcher will be 2 1-2 per cent, making 42 1-2 per cent total realized for depositors from liquidation. Mr. Burns yesterday sold the final batch of assets in the defunct Farmers and Traders' Bank of Weaverville to W. W. Shope of Weaverville for $680. The face value of the paper was about $100,000. C.
