PETERKIN APPOINTED RECEIVER OF BANK Parkersburg, W. Va. July 24.-WIIliam G. Peterkin has been named receiver for the Central Bank and Trust company, of this city, giving bond of $10,000. This action was brought late Saturday evening before Judge Walter E. McDougle, of the Wood county circult court, on application of R. J. A. Boreman, with more than 300 persons named as defendant. The bill of parUculars filed in the suit declares that the trust company is Insolvent and prays the court to appoint a receiver to wind up its affairs. Assets and liabilities are said to be about $50,000 each.

RECEIVER NAMED FOR PARKERSBURG BANK Commr. Hill Says Institution Is Not A Bank. Parkersburg ,July 25.-William G. Peterkin has been named receiver for the Central Bank and Trust Company, of this city, giving bond of $10,000. This action was taken late Saturday before Judge Walter E.
