[First published in the Abilene Weekly Reflector Feb. 22, A. D. 1900.] SHERIFF'S SALE. Case No. 3842. Mary E. Fitch, plaintiff vs. Mary G. Birch, William A. Birch. Thomas Kirby and P. H. Halleck as receiver of the Thomas Kirby Bank, defendants. Under and by virtue of an order of sale is. sued by the clerk of the district court of the 8th judicial district within and for Dickinson county, State of Kansas, in the above entitled case, and to me directed and delivered, I willon Monday, March 26, A. D. 1900, at 10 o'clock a. m., of said day, at the front door of the court house in the city of Abilene, Dickinson county, State of Kansas, without appraisement, sell to the highest bidder for cash in hand the following described real estate to-wit: The northeast quarter (net4) of section one (1), in township thirteen (13) south, of range two (2) east of the 6th principal meridian in Dickinson county, state of Kansas. The said real estate will be sold pursuant to the judgment of the court in said cause recited in said order of sale. Witness my hand this 20th day of February, 1900. J. W.
