CAN'T REORGANIZE BANK Hope Will Have New Institution to Succeed Closed One Hope Dispatch: There are no new devlopments in the bank situation, except the appointment of B. B. Curry of Topeka as receiver in general for the failed banks of the state. Harry O'Brien of Topeka will be in charge of the affairs of the State Bank here during the process of liquidation. It is stated upon good authority that the affairs of the State Bank are in such shape that a reorganization is impossible. A new bank seems the only solution.
