Lacy Is Named Bank Receiver ROCHELLE, Ga, April 26.-John Lacy, of this city, yesterday was appointed receiver for the Brown Banking company by Judge D. A. R. Crum. Cordele, with instructions to close out the bank's business as soon as possible. Money collected will be applied on the bank's debts with the court deciding the order in which the property of the bank shall be disposed.
