RECEIVER'S NOTICE. By virtue of an order of Court entored on the 30th day of April, 1920, in Cause No. 4697, entitled First Trust & Savings Bank of Whiting, Indiana, vs. Andrew Porvaznik and Pante Haralovich, in Room No. 3 of the Lake Superior Court, sitting at Gary, Lake County. Indiana, all creditors and claimants of and against the said Andrew Porvaznik are notified to file their claims with the Clerk of the said Lake Superior Court, Room No. 3. sitting at Gary, Indiana, on or before May 10th .1920, or else forfeit all rights to share in the distribution of the assets in the receivership.
