FILES EXCEPTIONS TO ESTATE FINAL REPORT WABASH, Ind., Aug, 23.-A. H. Kruse, receiver for the Wabash National Bank, today filed exceptions to the final report in the J. W. Long estate, charging that the report does not show or account for $150 stock assessment against the estate in behalf of the Wabash National Bank. The receiver charges that notice was given to the administrator of the estate before the report was filed. There also is a claim pending in court against the estate for $150 on the stock assessment.
