# SHERIFF'S NOTICE OF SALE # UNDER EXECUTION AND ORDER OF SALE IN THE SUPERIOR COURT OF THE STATE OF ARIZONA IN AND FOR THE COUNTY OF PINAL Y. C. WHITE, Superintendent of Banks of the State of Arizona and ex-officio Receiver of the CASA GRANDE VALLEY BANK, an Ari- zona corporation, insolvent, Plain- tiff, vs. ELIZABETH BURROUS and Wm. BURROUS, her husband, Defend- ants. UNDER AND BY VIRTUE of an execution issued out of and under the seal of the Superior Court of Pinal County, Arizona, on the 22nd day of June, 1938, and to me as Sheriff of said County duly directed and delivered in the above entitled action; WHEREAS, on the 19th day of April, 1935, plaintiff in the above entitled cause recovered judgment in the Superior Court of Pinal Co- unty, Arizona, against Elizabeth Burrous and Wm.
