Important Criminal and Civil Cases on Docket. Judge Albert Chipman the January term of the Marshall circuit court Saturday after of the busiest and most portant judicial periods known in this county. There were larger number of civil cases than usual, many of them of importance, and there more criminal cases than were ever known here during like time. Jacob Miller has filed motions for new trial in both his damcases against Mrs. Elmer Snyder. The State has dismissed its against Herbert Savage for desertion. The receiver in the of Land Bank of Louisville, Willetta Clark for foreclosure filed his final report showing payment to the clerk $77.77. The report approved receiver discharged. The Plymouth State Bank, receiver, had its title quieted gainst Anderson Co. Judgment was rendered against Everett and Dorothy Botha $1,730.14 in favor of the of John Smith.
