BIG INDIANA BANK HAS SUSPENDED DEPOSITORS ASSEMBLE IN BIG CROWD BEFORE CLOSED CITY NATIONAL BANK OF EVANSVILLE. Evansville, Ind., Jan. 17.-Crowds of depositors assembled today before the City National bank which has temporarily suspended business, pending an investigation by bank examiners. There are $1,400,000 deposits on the bank's books. The bank's assets are $1,900,000; capital and surplus $267,000.
