NOTICE TO CREDITORS OF FAR. MERS MERCHANTS BANK OF KINSTON, ALABAMA. Notice is hereby given to all perconcerned that the Farmers & Merchants Bank of Kinston, Alabama has gone into voluntary liquidation, the undersigned having been appointliquidating agent by the State Superintendent of Banks, and all creditors of this bank are hereby notified and requested to come in, prove their claims against the bank and receive such amounts as may be due them by the bank. Witness my hand, this January 25, 1927. 27-3-10 J. MIXSON, Liquidating Agent.
