Description

Articles (Aug–Sep 1928 and Feb 1929) show a petition for a receiver was filed and a receiver (Chester A. Junkin) acted for the bank; later obituary notes the receiver had been cashier before the bank closed two years earlier. No article describes a depositor run. Therefore this is a suspension resulting in permanent closure with a receiver.
