MARKLE MAN NAMED STATE BANK RECEIVER
Huntington, Ind., April 1 (P)-Circuit Judge Sumner Kenner today appointed C. E. Paul, of Markle, as receiver for the Markle State Bank which was closed last week. Petition for appointment of a receiver was filed by the state banking commission. The directors and seventy per cent of the depositors had filed an application asking for Paul's appointment.
