Motion Filed New Trial For Motions for new trials in the cases Bedell and H. Phillips of against the Marion National Bank receiver for the Bedell turing Co., were filed yesterday Grant superior court. Motions both cases were taken under advisement. The court ruled recently that the claim of Bedell for and and that of Phillips for $9,216.66 costs were claims against the assets the company.
