Motion Filed New Trial For Motions for new trials in the cases Bedell and H. Phillips of against the Marion National Bank receiver for the Bedell turing Co., were filed yesterday Grant superior court. Motions both cases were taken under advisement. The court ruled recently that the claim of Bedell for and and that of Phillips for $9,216.66 costs were claims against the assets the company. Motions for the new trials filed by the Marion National Bank.

COURT MINUTES SUPERIOR COURT Emma McCullough VS. Gerald Mc. Cullough, divorce. On motion of plaintiff, case is dismissed. Edna Adams vs. Roy Adams, divorce. On motion of plaintiff, case is dismissed. Barber Mfg. Co. vs. Bedell Mfg. '.0. Claim of Wolfe & Co., sub mitted, evidence heard, finding for claimant in sum of $1,000 and same ordered paid as a general claim. T. H. Bedell vs. Marion National Bank, receiver, claim. On motion of plaintiff, cause is dismissed. Verna Spencer VS. Earl Spencer, divorce. This cause having been set for trial on this date and the plaintiff failing to appear is defaulted and cause is dismissed for want of prosecution. Judgment for costs against plaint.f Damon M.
