BANK PROPERTY. ALE OF BANK PROPERTY.By virtue of an order of the Boone Circuit Court. the undersigned, Receiver of the Boone County Bank, will, on the 22d day of February next, between the hours of 10 o'clock A M and 4 o'clock P. M., at the Court House in Lebanon, Boone County, Indiana, offer at public and private sale all the fixtures and personal goods of said Bank. consisting in part of one large new and complete Bank Safe; Stove and Pipe; Carpet; Copying Press; Copy Stand; Coin Scales: a complete set of Bank Books for banking purposes; Inkstands; and various other articles commonly used inbanking and business offices. All said property will be sold for cash in hand except the safe-on that time will be given if the payment is secured.
