Hopes for Dividend "It is hoped that it will be possible within a reasonable time to get a dividend for the depositors of the Media-69th Street Trust Co.," Dr. Harr said in announcing the shake-up. "Every effort will be made to delve thoroughly into the situation in that bank." Dr. Harr added that his department will cut down to two the number of attorneys attached to the receiver's office of the Delaware county closed banks. Up to now, there have been four doing the work. Besides the Media-69th St. Trust Co., the institutions involved in the new change are the Suburban Title and Trust Co.; Citizens' Bank and Trust Co. of East Lansdowne, Drexel Hill Title and Trust Co.; Lansdowne Trust Co., Darby Bank and Trust Co., and the Haverford Township Title and Trust Co. It is understood that the State Attorney General's office plans to start civil suits in the near future to recover on the guarantees of mortgages held by some of the closed banks.
