Notice is hereby given, that in pursuance of the authority and directions contained in the decretal order or we Chancery court of Little River county, made and entered on the 16:11 day of May, A. D. 1916, in a certain cause (No. 924) then pending therein between A. B. Little as receiver of Texarkana Trust Co., complainants, and R. B. Dodd and Mina Dodd and James F. Black defendants, the undersigned as commissioner of said court, will offer for sale at public vendue to the highest bidder, at the front door or entrance of the county courthouse, in which said court is held, in the county of Little River within the hours prescribed by law for judicial sales, on Saturday, the 24th day of June, A. D., 1916, the following described real estate, towit; The west half (W½) or the southeast quar er (SE1) of section 22. township 10 south. range 32 west, containing 80 acres, in Little River county, Arkansas. Terms of Sale: On a credit of four months, the purchaser teing required to execute = bond as required by law and the order and decree of said court in said cause, with approved security, bearing interest at the rate of 8 per cent per annum from date of sale until paid, and a lien being retained on the premises sold to secure the payment of the purchase money.
