Court Confirms Account Of Alexander & Co. Bank Receivers; Dividend Set The Washington County Court of Common Pleas today confirmed the first and partial report of Carl Gibson and John Herron. ceivers of the Alexander Com- pany. private bankers of this city, and directed decree be prepared awarding the distribution. this time, per cent dividend all depositors. When the account was filed by the receivers Saturday, May the court set today at for confirmation unless exceptions filed. None entered. Checks for the initial dividend 10 per cent are now being prepared and should be ready for distribution within the next week days. Notice will be given through these columns when the checks ready.
