# Receiver Rand Resigns. Frederick Rand, receiver of the Indiana Banking Company, yesterday appeared before Judge McMaster, of the Superior Court, and resigned the trust of which he has had charge for many years. Ill health incident to his advanced years was given as cause for the resignation. The receiver turned over to the court a cash balance of $119.05, with one hundred and fifteen uncalled for dividend checks, ranging in amount from 10 cents to $25. These assets the court placed in the hands of Clerk Fesler, who will hold them in trust until another receiver has been appointed.
