Indiana. that on the 19th day 01 April 1934. the Circuit Court of Marion County. Indiana. entered an order in the cause of State of Indiana, on the relation of Luther F. Symons. Bank Commissioner of the State of Indiana VS City Trust Company and being Cause No. 45292 of the proceedings of said court directing all creditors of the City Trust Company. of Indianapolis. Indiana, to file their several verified claims. with all asserted contentions of priority of payment thereof. with Gren S. Hack. as Receiver of City Trust Company 302 New City Trust Building Indianapolis. Indiana on or before May 31st. 1934. except the general depositors, who assert no priority of payment over other creditors and who assert no claim in excess of the amount shown due them by the books of said City Trust Company: and said order further provides that all claimants desiring a preference over general or common creditors. failing or refusing to file their claims with all asserted priority of payment. shall be debarred from participation in any dividend declared in said matter. Indianapolis, Indiana that the Department of Financial Institutions of the State of Indiana has filed with said Superior Court of Marion County Room 1 as a part of the records in the above entitled cause and has on file in the office of the Department of Financial Institutions. Room 410. State House, Indianapolis. Indiana. and at the present place of business of the said Fort Wayne Avenue State Bank. 811 Fort Wayne Avenue. Indianapolis, Indiana a complete statement of all debts and liabilities of the Fort Wayne Avenue State Bank. setting forth the name and address of each creditor the nature and amount of each creditor's claim. together with the recommendation of the Department of Financial Institutions as to allowance and disallowance of claims All of the information contained in said statement relative to the name of the creditors and the nature and amount of each respective claim. and each allowance and disallowance recommended by the Department of Financial Institutions therein contained. is based upon the books and records of the Fort Wayne Avenue State Bank or facts derived from other sources. The undersigned hereby further notifies each and every depositor creditor shareholder or other person interested in the liquidation of the Fort Wayne Avenue State Bank who may be or is dissatisfied with the recommendations of the Department of Financial Institutions as to the allowance or disallowance of any claim or claims contained in the statement of debts and liabilities filed. or who is or mav be asserting a preference or priority as to any sum or sums or claim or claims whether contained in said statement of debts and liabilities or not or who is or mav be asserting any other claim of whatever nature it may be that any opposition to the allowance or disallowance of the claims appearing in said statement of debts and liabilities. or any asserted priority as to any sum or sums or claim or claims whether contained in said statement of debts and liabilities or not. or any asserted claim not contained in said statement of debts and liabilities or of any nature whatsoever must be made. asserted or claimed by the filing of a verified petition in the above entitled cause not later than the 1st day of August. 1934, which date is more than sixty (60) days after the last date on which this notice will appear: that failure to file such verified petition within the time above fixed shall forever bar depositors creditors. shareholders or other persons interested from asserting any claim different from that recommended by the Department of Financial Institutions or from asserting any claim to priority and from contesting or opposing the allowance with or without priority, of any claim asserted by any creditor Each depositor, creditor. shareholder or other person interested in the liquidation of the Fort Wayne Avenue State Bank and the debts and liabilities thereof. is requested to call in person at the office of A C. Nobes, Special Representative. at 811 Fort Wayne Avenue for the purpose of examining the statement of debts and liabilities of the Fort Wayne Avenue State Bank. or for obtaining any explanation thereof. The undersigned hereby further notifies each and everv depositor creditor shareholder or other person interested in the liquidation of the Fort Wayne Avenue State Bank, that by virtue of the terms and provisions of the order of the Superior Court of Marion County Room 1 above referred to. the court will from time to time. after the 1st day of August 1934 enter such judgments as may be necessary to fix and determine and will order any succeeding dividends or distri-
