RECEIVER'S SALE OF REAL AND PERSONAL PROPERTY. By virtue of an order of sale issued by the Lake Superior Court in the case or "Villiam H. O'Brien, Auditor, vs. Indiana Trust & Savings Bank, the undersigned receiver will offer for sale and sell to the highest bidder on the 8th day of March, 1919, at two o'clock P. M. of said day at the office of the receiver. Number 3336 Michigan avenue, in InZiana Harbot, Lake Countr. Indiana, the following Sescribed property, to-wit: One note signed by Nettie May Harding and J. W. Maxwell for $300 and interest. The title to the following described real estate subject to certain equities in contracts executed for the sale thereof, to-wit: Lot 13. Block 30, O. T. Indiana Harbor: Lot 5, Block 59, O. T. Indiana Harbor: Lot 33, Block 9, 3rd Add. to Indiana Harbor; Lots 18, 26, 28 and 32, in Block 4, N. E. 1/4 29, T. 37 N., R. 9. East Chicago; Lot 10, Block 51 O. T. Indiana.
