Receiver Brings Action Indianapolis, June Charles Ellis, receiver for the defunct Citizens bank Hope, Ind., has filed federal court here to aside convertance by Mrs. Ursula Barnes her children of land in Bartholo166 acres county. The transfer, made Nov. 1929, alleged the receiver, was for the purpose evading pay. Mrs. Barnes of note for ment by $3,800 held by the bank. The value of the land set at $14,000.
