JUDGE NAMES BANK RECEIVER Clamme to Serve as Agent Hartford City. Hartford City, Ind., Dec. 19. Charles J. Clamme, who been liquidating agent for the Blackford County Bank, which closed its doors here six years ago, was today in the Blackford Circuit Court named receiver the bank. A suit has been pending in the court here for some time, asking that assessment made upon the stockholders seeking the appointment of receiver.
