Dividends to Depositors of Five Banks in December W. Johnson, state receiver for failed banks, today anhounced dividends totaling approximately $130.000 will be paid depositors of five falled Kansas banks early next month. A first dividend of 40 per cent totaling $53,000 will be paid deposItors of the Harvey County State bank, Newton, December 7. The bank closed August 24, 1929. Depositors of the State Exchange bank, of Randall. will receive a final dividend of 10.7 per cent, amounting to $16,000, December 10. The bank failed January 11, 1926. A third dividend of 15 per cent will be paid depositors of the Longton, Kan., State bank, December 11. The dividends will total $14,000. The bank failed November 28, 1928. Depositors of the Phillips County bank, Phillipsburg, will receive a second dividend of 30 per cent, December 14. The depositors will recolve approximately $34,000. The bank closed its doors February 21, 1028. A third dividend of 28 per cent will be paid depositors of the Damar, Kan, State bank, December 14. The dividends will total $13,600. The bank suspended operation August 21, 1926.

MORE BANK DIVIDENDS Topeka, Nov. Johnson, state will pay $130,000 to depositors of failed banks next month. Depositors in the Newton state bank will receive $53,000, the Randall Exchange $16,000, the Longton state bank the Phillips county bank $34,and the Damar state bank $13,600.
