FORT WAYNE JUDGE SCORES GRABILL BANK RECEIVER Declares Noah Amstutz Paid $18,000 in Fees Without Court Order Fort Wayne, Aug. Noah Amstutz for his method of ducting the of the State bank, specifically for allegedly paying himself fees without court order authorizing action, Judge Clarence McNabb late Friday recommended Amstutz that he be prepared to turn to the new Charles Schramm, with the filing his final report. Judge McNabb set Monday the time for hearing ceiver's report and declared that would entertain at that time motion for filing of final report by the original receiver and would allow time for the preparation of the report.
