BUFFALO BANK RE-OPENS Complete Reorganization of Institution Is Effected. The State Bank of Buffalo opened its doors for business Wednesday morning of last week, after being closed since March 19. During the time it was closed a complete reorganization was effected and new officers named. The capital and surplus of the bank were increased $15,000. Depositors did not lose because of week. the closing, but stockholders took the loss and then interested other capital at Buffalo in re-establishing the bank. C. L. Sutherland is the new president of the bank. Other new officers are: W. A. McCain, vice president; M. F. Gerkin, cashier, and Arthur E. Hicks, assistant cashier.
