Bank Receiver To Be Arrested PARIS, Ark., April of $1,500 from the Bank of Ratcliff of which he was liquidating agent, warrant for the arrest of Lee G. Sims of Ft. Smith, was in the possession of Sheriff Mont Perrymore of Logan county today The warrant was issued Thursday at Ratcliff by Justice of the Peace Campbell upon information filed Prosecuting Attorney Finis Batchelor. The informations were made out by Lonnie Batchelor, deputy prosecuting attorney of Van Buren. Sheriff said today the warrant is not specific in its allegations. He said he did not know when he will serve it.
