Amend Complaint An amended complaint was filed the Globe Construction company their case against the M. and P. Construction company and Samuel B. county in probate court yesterday. Fifteen hundred dollars damage is asked in the complaint as the result of an alleged broken contract. Suit Dismissed The suit of the Mercantile Commercial bank receiver for the Swanson Electric and Manufacturing company against Charles and Matilda Roettger and Elizabeth Grim was dismissed at the plaintiff's cost in probate court yesterday Restraining Order Superior Judge Edgar Durre yesterday issued restraining order
