OHIO SAVINGS BANK IS CLOSED BY INSPECTOR (By The Associated Press) YOUNGSTOWN, O., April 3. - -The Struthers Savings and Banking Company of Struthers, near here, was closed today by State Bank Inspector George R. Walters, he announced tonight. The cause was an excess of loans over the legal reserve, according to Bruce R. Campbeil, secretary and treasurer of the bank. Mr. Campbell said the suspension of business is only temporary.
