Payment Approved In Banker Case Second Dividend to Be Paid to Depositors. Judge E. T. Snediker formally authorized payment of a second dividend of 20 per cent to depositors in the defunct Miamisburg Banking company in an entry filed in common pleas court Friday. The payments will be made by the state superintendent of banks who is in charge of the affairs. John C. Schwartz of Dayton was convicted of embezzlement following the failure of the bank and is now serving in the state penitentiary.
