CHILLICOTHE, O., Nov. 20.-A run has started on the savings bank here. A great many Baltimore and Ohio Southwestern shop employees quit work and hurried to draw out their savings. The bank is paying as fast as the clerks can work. The officials say the bank is sound and have $250,000 in the vaults. It is controlled by men of great wealth.
