DEFUNCT STATE BANK TO PAY 20 PER CENT Depositors of Vincennes Institution to Receive Dividend. By United Press VINCENNES, Ind., Dec. 24.Checks representing a payment of 20 per cent on deposits of the defunct Farmers and Merchants Bank of Decker were mailed today by George E. Hoover, Bicknell, receiver. Three payments, totaling 50 per cent of the deposits of the institution, closed March, 1931, will have been made when the distribution to approximately 300 depositors is completed. The last payment was ordered by Judge W. S. Hoover of Knox Circuit Court.
