PETITION ASKS BANK RECEIVER PAY DIVIDEND John G. Johnson, Decker Depositor, Seeks 15 Percent Return. A petition asking the court to order Stuart Fisher, receiver of the Farmers and Merchants bank at Decker, to pay the depositors 15 per cent dividend on their deposits the bank was presented before Judge W. S. Hoover in Circuit court Monday The title of the proceedings was State of Indiana in the relation of Luther N. Symons, bank commissioner, vs. Farmers and Merchants bank of The petition. filed by John G. Johnson, alleges he depositor in the bank and that the receiver has funds sufficient to disburse dividend among the depositors. The court set next Monday as the date to answer the petition. BANK RECEIVER Decker Depositors to ceive 10 Percent. The Farmers and Merchants bank of Decker will pay depositors 10 per cent dividend, Sturat Fisher, receiver for the bank, announced in Circuit court Monday morning. Last Monday petition was filed John Johnson, depositor the bank, declaring had inforthat the bank collected in funds sufficient to warrant the payment of dividend. The receiver appeared in court Monday morning and declared the intention of paying the dividend.
