NOTICE OF RECEIVERS SALE OF REAL ESTATE Notice is hereby given by the undersigned receiver of Nome Bank and Trust Company. a corporation. that pursuant to an order of sale made by the District Court of the Territory of Alaska, Second Division. on September 1st, 1928, in that certain action pending in said court entitled J. C. Brown and F. E. Fuller. plaintiffs. vs. Nome Bank and Trust Company. a Corporation. defendant, that said Receiver will on September 29th, 1928, at twelve o'clock noon of said day at the front door of the United States Court House at Nome. Alaska. offer for sale and sell at public auction to the highest bidder for cash all the right. title and interest of said Nome Bank and Trust Company in and to those certain patented Placer mining claims situated in Cape Nome Recording District, Territory of Alaska, Second Division, described as follows: All of the Beatrice Placer mineral survey No. 328 containing an area of 6.784 acres: an undivided 3/4 interest in No. Nine on Otter Creek Placer, mineral survey No. 327 containing an area of 17.189 acres: an undivided 1-12 interest in Gertrude Placer, mineral survey No. 746 containing an area of 120.895 acres. The sale will be made subject to confirmation by said District Court and Receiver's deed will be delivered to the purchaser or purchasers upon such confirmation.
