DELPHI (Special to Journal and Courier] DELPHI, March -According to statement recently made by A. Hogston, state fire marshal, Carroll county ranks second in the state in having the least property destroyed by fire. Fayette county Mrs. A. C. Mathias Rothenberger has filed action W. C. Henderson and S. Doty on promissory note demanding $4,800. The case of Elwood Lester vs. Grace Lester et al. has been filed in the Carroll court for replevin of household goods valued at $800 on change of venue from Tippecanoe county.
