ALIAS SUMMONS (For Publication) IN THE DISTRICT COURT OF THE FOURTEENTH JUDICIAL DISTRICT OF THE STATE OF MONTANA, IN AND FOR THE COUNTY OF WHEATLAND. The Union Central Life Insurance Company a corporation, Plaintiff vs. Rufus L. Hebb and Susie Hebb, husband and wife, C. W. Blodgett, Hedges State Bank of Hedgesville, Montana a corporation, and W. J. Peterson, as Receiver for the Hedges State Bank of Hedgesville, Montana a corporation James W. Norton, C. W. Cook, M. N. Stevens, Lewis Penwell, H H Pigott, C B Witter and H J. Giltinan, as trustees for the creditors and stockholders of Montana-Holland Colonization Company, a corporation voluntarily dissolved, Webster and Weedman and J. L. Lloyd, Defendants The State of Montana to the Above Named Defendants, Greeting: You are hereby summoned to answer the complaint in this action which is filed in the office of the Clerk of this Court, a copy of which is herewith served upon you, and to file your answer and serve a copy thereof upon the Plaintiff's attorney within twenty days after the service of this summons, exclusive of the day of service; and in case of your failure to appear or answer, judgment will be taken against you by default, for the relief demanded in the complaint. The said action is brought to secure a judgment and decree of foreclosure for principal and interest, taxes and interest, cost of abstract, attorney fees, and costs of suit, upon certain promissory notes and a real estate mortgage securing the same, and to foreclose said mortgage foreclosing the right, title interest and claim of the defendants and all persons claiming an interest in or lien against the real estate described in said mortgage, and to obtain other relief, as will more particularly appear from plaintiff's complaint on file herein, to which complaint reference is hereby made for a more particular statement as to the nature of plaintiff's said action.
