News of Courts Civil cases were disposed of in the first day of Superior Court yesterday by Judge W. F. Calverley. Included in the cases were: Fidelity Phoenix Fire Insurance Company vs. Ruth Moore, on note; trial and finding for the plaintiff in the sum of $99. Lee Ottie Williams vs. United Credit Company et al, for damages for false arrest, trial and finding for the defendants. Similar action was taken in the case of Ruthie E. Williams vs. Samuel R. BANK RECEIVER DIES AS TRAIN HITS AUTO Vincennes, Ind., Aug. 14. Chester Junkin, 45, of Monroe City, was killed this by northbound Chicago and Eastern Illinois passenger train which struck his tomobile two miles here. He receiver of the Monroe City was bank, of which he had been cashier before its closing years ago. The widow four daughters survive. The train involved in the accident was manned by the same crew killed seven mile train persons farther south week ago.
