BANK IN RECEIVER'S HANDS. San Antonio, Tex., Feb. 3.-The Emmet bank of this city was placed in the hands of Augustus McCloskey as receiver yesterday afternoon. The assets of the bank as given total $218,353.14, liabilities $196 931.21.
