APPOINT ODELL BANK RECEIVER Confirmation Suit Is Heard in Livingston Circuit Court by Judge Baker. Pantagraph Central Illinois PONTIAC R. in the circuit court of Livingston county Saturday issued the follow ing orders for judgments by con fession: The People ex Oscar Nelson auditor of public against the State Bank of Odell. the title of filed in the cuit court Saturday This taken to secure the confirms tion of the E. Hoffman, cashier of the First Na tional bank of Dwight. receiver for the Odell bank which closed several weeks ago by action of the board of Nancy Julien et al against George in the sum E. Cottingham against McConaha for $272.25, and Anderson against M. Wilhelm for $214.70. Immediate executions were permitted. Two tracts of Livingston county farm land were sold Saturday Pontiac by Neil Kerr. master chancery, satisfy foreclosure proceedings. One was the case of the First Trust and Savings bank Bloomington vs. Michael and Mar tin Sullivan. 160 acres of land Sunbury township in the northern part of the county being involved The land was purchased for $19. 040.07 by George The other was the case of Charles trustee John W al Koopman, for 160 acres of land Nebraska township in the south east part of the county. This par cel was bid in by the complainant for $18,000 Florence Gardner of Pawnal. Vt., has filed bill to foreclose mort gage against Mathew Kafer et the sum of $21,000. The land question in Indian ove townnear Fairbury and consists of ship 160 acres. Tuesburg and Armstrong, attorneys, have withdrawn as counsel Whitmer and the United for A. L. States General Agency company suit brought by Henry Gabe the others against L. Whitmer and al, an action taken set aside mortgage. Later in the case Judge S. Baker set Dec 17 as the time for the hea ing of a demurrer to the bill. State's Attorney Robert M. Niven has filed his current report with S. R. Baker in the circuit Judge order was entered by court. Odell Bank Receiver Files Periodic Report Pantagraph Central Illinois Service M. ceiver for the State Bank of has just made public his quarterly report. The report shows receipts and disbursements from date of closing of the bank nearly year ago to July as follows Refrom notes and from cash from additional assets discovered. $7.52 from premiums and miscellaneous, from total. to receiver's sal$1,083.88 to receiver's to attorney's legal expense. $35.75: to clerk and neous expense (administrative) $844: to miscellaneous istrative) $886.18; to banking special examination fee, total bills payable and discounts expense collecting bills payable and re-diecounts which includes $272.18 total cash balance The report also states that amounts have been collected off-set and none collected by loss No dividends depositors have been paid to date. Wed in Clinton Illinois Service. Ruth daughter Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Dyer, and George Rohrer son Mr. and Mrs. George Rohrer of married Monday night in Clinton by the Rev Taylor. They have Lincoln and are residing at 305 Willard avenue.
