STATE OF ILLINOIS, McHenry In the Circuit Court of McHenry County. Oscar Nelson as Auditor of Public Accounts, Etc., Citizens State Bank of McHenry. General Number 23920. By virtue of decree entered entitled the 20th day April, 1931, by the Circuit Court McHenry County, Illinois, the undersigned will Saturday, the day of October, 1932, at hour of o'elock in the forenoon said the East front door courthouse in the City Woodstock, McHenry County, Illinois, offer for sale and sell at public vendue to the highest and best bidder the following estate, to-wit: part the northwest fractional quarter of the northwest fractional quarter of section number one, township 44 north, range eight east of the third principal meridian, which lies west of the center of Fox River, and which lies east of piece of land containing and acres and being the west acres of the said northwest fractional quarter of the northwest fractional quarter of said section number one which said piece of of land so lying east said twenty-seven and one-half acres posed to contain 7.71 acres land more less, and situated in the township of Nunda, in the County of McHenry in the State of Illinois. Said premises to be sold subject any which William Thiele might or could have in said premises virtue of contract now matter record in McHenry County, Illinois, between the Citizens State Bank McHenry successor to the Fox River Valley State Bank and the said William Thiele.
