Jackson Now Receiver For Herrin State Bank E. B. Jackson has been appointed as receiver for the Herrin State Savings Bank of Herrin, succeeding Hal Trovillion who has been charge since the bank was placed in receivership three years ago. No dividends have been paid by the bank Mr. Jackson will continue to act as receiver for the state banks at Brown field and Golconda where he has been in charge since they closed three years ago. He was for while the receiver for the Johnston City State Bank which has reopened and is now in operation.
